SHIPPING METHODS
TIME AND COST OF SHIPPING
We offer free standard delivery in all Europe.
Delivery in 3-5 working days, 5-7 working days for Islands and remote areas.
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday during office hours, except for public holidays.
All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to change the shipping and delivery times.
SHIPPING METHOD
Express delivery service through DHL for orders of value within € 1 500.00. For orders of superior value, the company of reference will be Ferrari.
The orders cannot be delivered to post boxes or postal codes, they will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase, although not necessarily in the hand of the recipient.
DHL can inform the recipient of an upcoming shipment or of a failed delivery. The recipient can be provided with alternative delivery options, like delivery on a different day, delivery in front of their residence, to a different address or to a DHL Service Point or a third party.
In the case of impediments to the order’s delivery, the recipient will have to provide written instructions to determine how to manage the products and in particular, will have to indicate whether the courier must:
- make another delivery attempt
- return the delivery back to the sender
- send the delivery/goods to a new address
If such instructions are not provided within 14 calendar days, the goods will automatically be returned to the sender and the return costs (including storage, transport, other expenses) will be entirely deducted from the refund of the products you bought.
When your order is entrusted to the courier, you will receive an e-mail to confirm the shipping; the delivery times commence from this moment.
You will be able to track your order on the personal area of the website www.lurich.com where the shipment’s tracking will be displayed.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, we advise that you check carefully:
- that the labels on the parcels display your name and address;
- that the parcel’s exterior does not show signs of alteration or tampering: the packaging must be intact, neither damaged nor wet;
- that the materials closing the parcel have in no way been tampered with or altered.
If you identify any anomalies, we recommend that you notify this clearly on the courier’s delivery bill by writing “accepted subject to verification” (e.g.: for a parcel with a hole on the cardboard).
As soon as possible, and always within 7 calendar days, notify what happened through an e-mail to info@mimimilano.com
We commit to doing everything within our power to send your order within the terms stated in our delivery times and, in any case, within the maximum deadline of 10 days from the date of confirmation of the order. However, delays could happen for several reasons such as the occurrence of unforeseen circumstances or due to the delivery area.
If we should be unable to adhere to the terms of delivery for any reason, we will inform you and give you the following options: go ahead with the purchase and set a new delivery date, or cancel the order, followed by a refund of the entire amount paid. Please note that no delivery is carried out on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
SHIPPING RESTRICTION
The products offered through this website are available for purchase exclusively for delivery to Italy*; for delivery to other countries please send an e-mail to info@mimimilano.com.
*except for Livigno, Post Boxes and Poste Restante - The orders requested towards such addresses will be automatically cancelled.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
REFUND POLICY
It is possible to return a product purchased online within 14 days from the date of delivery provided that the product is in the same conditions as when it was received, in the original packaging and complete with all the accompanying materials.
To return a product you must send an e-mail to info@mimimilano.com, within 2 working days you will receive an answer with the instructions on how to proceed.
The costs of the sale and return shipping will be detracted from the refund.
If upon receiving the return the product is found damaged or non-conforming to standards, the refund can be denied and the product sent back to the recipient.
Upon receiving the return, we reserve 2 working days to control the goods and refund the products.
The refund timings vary based on the method of payment chosen:
- PayPal: the refund will be visible on you PayPal account within 24 hours from the e-mail of Confirmation of Acceptance of the Return.
- Credit card: the refund will be visible within the timings established by your bank.
- Bank transfer: the refund will be visible within 2 working days, we remind you that you must provide us with the IBAN on which you wish the amount of the refund to be accredited.
